Initially, you will lead Philippines-based Operations and Customer Service teams, with a clear mandate to hire, develop, and scale additional operational talent within your first few months.
Success is measured simply: The business runs smoother, faster, and cleaner—and the CEO is free to focus on building the future.
Compensation: $98,000–$120,000 (commensurate with experience)
Benefits:
Location: Chicago, IL (The Loop)
What You’ll Own:
Systems, SOPs & Accountability
You’ll design the operating backbone of the company.
You’ll lead with clarity, momentum, and high standards.
This is true ownership—not support.
You’ll drive execution across the broader business ecosystem.
